1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 777cp website at 777cp.app, creating an account, or using any product or service offered by 777cp — including sports betting, casino games, slots, and live dealer tables — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including the 777cp Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all users of the 777cp platform regardless of their location. However, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 777cp complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. 777cp does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is lawful in any particular location.

2.Eligibility

Access to and use of the 777cp platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all subsequent times when using the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 777cp operates an 18+ only policy with zero tolerance for underage access or play. 18+
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction where access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of any such persons, of 777cp or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 777cp platform for any reason, including self-exclusion.

3.Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the 777cp platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your 777cp account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current.
• Keep your account login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 777cp support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

777cp is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to adequately protect your login credentials. You accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

777cp accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah), Visa/Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without notice.

All deposits are credited to the user's 777cp wallet in PKR. By depositing funds, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used and that the funds originate from a legitimate source. 777cp reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Deposits and Withdrawals page within the 777cp account portal and are subject to change. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible, in order to comply with anti-money laundering standards. 777cp targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours but does not guarantee specific processing times, as these are subject to third-party payment processor timelines.

Funds in your 777cp wallet that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee. 777cp will notify you by email before any such fee is applied.

5.Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the 777cp platform are subject to the general betting rules published on the platform, as well as any sport-specific and market-specific rules applicable to the relevant event. In the event of any conflict, sport-specific rules take precedence over general rules.

All casino game outcomes at 777cp are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game outcomes (card deals, roulette wheel results) conducted by professional dealers operating from licensed studios. 777cp does not manipulate, influence, or interfere with game outcomes in any way.

777cp reserves the right to void bets and/or withhold winnings in the following circumstances:

• Where a technical error, pricing error, or system malfunction has resulted in an incorrect odds or payout offer.
• Where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, manipulation, or collusion affecting the outcome of an event.
• Where a bet was placed in violation of these Terms, including by an ineligible user.
• Where the maximum payout limit applicable to the relevant bet type has been exceeded.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 777cp are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published alongside the promotion at the time it is offered. General bonus terms applicable across all 777cp promotions include:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g. 30x) is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per user, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• The use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• 777cp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777cp platform. Any user found to be engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, funds withheld pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the 777cp platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or other systematic approaches that exploit bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with good faith recreational use.
• Money laundering, fraud, or depositing funds derived from illegal activities.
• Sharing account access with third parties or acting as an agent for any other person in placing bets.

8.Intellectual Property

All content on the 777cp platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of 777cp or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 777cp platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from the 777cp platform without the prior written consent of 777cp.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777cp and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

The 777cp platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777cp makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 777cp does not accept liability for any losses resulting from platform downtime, connectivity issues, or technical faults beyond its reasonable control.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. 777cp accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred on the platform by any user.

10.Responsible Gaming

18+777cp is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. The platform provides a suite of tools to help users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible at any time from within your 777cp account settings.

If you activate a self-exclusion on your 777cp account, you agree that you will not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts. Any account created in violation of an active self-exclusion will be closed and any funds therein will be returned to you, less any bonuses, once the exclusion period has expired.

11.Account Suspension & Termination

777cp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; failure to complete identity or age verification; or where required by applicable law or a competent authority.

You may request the closure of your 777cp account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus restrictions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

12.Amendments to These Terms

777cp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Where changes are material, 777cp will notify registered users by email at the address associated with their account. Your continued use of the 777cp platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.

13.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 777cp is licensed and operates.
